Spa policies & privacy
So that every visit is calm for everyone, here is how we look after your time, your comfort and your information.
Reservations
Booking online is the fastest way to secure your preferred time — you may reserve up to 10 minutes before an appointment when the slot shows as available. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so your session can begin on time.
Arrival & late arrivals
We hold a 10-minute grace period for every appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be shortened so that the following guest is not delayed — the full price of the booked treatment still applies.
Cancellations
Cancellations are free of charge up to 6 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment, the full price of the treatment is charged.
Enhancements & add-ons
Hot stone (+$10 ), CBD oil (+$10 for 30 minutes, +$15 for 60 minutes, +$20 for 90 minutes) and a back scrub (+$15) may be added to any treatment. A back scrub is performed within your massage time and does not extend the session. Add-ons on a 4 Hands Massage are charged at double the listed price.
The 15-Minute Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality of our services that we offer a unique satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 15 minutes of your session, we will stop the treatment and provide a full refund — no questions asked.
Comfort & draping
You will always be professionally draped and your comfort is checked throughout. Tell your therapist at any time if you would like more or less pressure, a warmer room, or a different focus area.
Health conditions
Please tell us when booking if you are pregnant, recently injured or post-surgery, or are receiving treatment for a medical condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes or cancer. Some treatments may need to be adapted or avoided.
What to wear
For Thai traditional massage we recommend loose, comfortable clothing. For oil-based massage you will be provided with disposable undergarments and full draping.
Quiet & phones
Our treatment rooms are a phone-free space. Please silence your device and keep conversations low so every guest can rest.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are delivered digitally, never expire, and may be applied to any treatment. They are not redeemable for cash.
Gratuities
Gratuity is always appreciated and never expected. It can be added at checkout or given directly to your therapist.
Personal belongings
Please keep valuables with you. Nirada Thai Spa cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced items.
